Product Marking

In addition to providing labels and overlays for our customers to adhere to their products, Bovie Screen Process Printing Co., Inc. has been printing directly on customer supplied parts for many years. With certain applications, printing directly onto the part provides the greatest aesthetic appeal, such as a company logo printed on the curved handle of their product, while with others it allows for precision marking of a part that would be impossible through a typical label application, such as the scale of a graduated cylinder.

In all cases we analyze the product to be marked and thoroughly explore and examine each of the possible methods at our disposal for printing on the part. We have multiple pad printing presses, screen printing presses, as well as the ability to hand screen print or gelatin transfer print your parts. Each of these methods offers a unique set of capabilities and is best suited for certain applications. With our experience and capabilities we feel confident that we will be able to mark any product that you may have. Even parts made of low surface energy materials can be print treated at our facility to ensure proper ink adhesion. We have successfully printed directly on powder coated surfaces, polyethylene, polypropylene, and many other surfaces traditionally difficult to image.

In addition to our expertise in marking many types of substrates, we are also able to match any color ink with our state of the art computerized color matching system. Once we have created your art and chosen your colors you can feel confident that we will be able to reproduce your image on your part to your satisfaction.
